One dead, one injured in Temple traffic accident - KWKT
TEMPLE, Texas (FOX 44) - A Friday afternoon traffic accident in Temple has resulted in one person dead and another injured. Police officers were dispatched to the area of the 6300 block of N General Bruce Drive around 2:01 p.m. Friday in reference to a traffic accident. When they arrived, they discovered that one vehicle ran the stop sign at S General Bruce Drive and Hart Road, causing a collision in the intersection and resulting in a rollover accident. A preliminary investigation suggests the first vehicle collided with the second vehicle after failing to stop at a stop sign. Police say one individual was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries and was pronounced dead upon arrival. Another individual was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. This case is under investigation.
