One dead, one injured in southwest Oklahoma City head-on crash
OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — A head-on crash in southwest Oklahoma City left one person dead and another injured on Wednesday morning. According to the Oklahoma City Police Department, officers responded to the scene of the crash near South Western Avenue and Southwest 112th Street. Investigators believe that one of the vehicles was traveling at a high rate of speed when it crossed over the center line and struck an oncoming car. Officials said the driver of the speeding vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene. The identity of the individual killed has not yet been released. At least one other person was injured in the wreck. There is no information at this time on their condition. The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
