One dead, four injured in Upstate crash, troopers say
South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating a crash that left one person dead and four injured in Spartanburg on Saturday night.According to Highway Patrol, a 2000 Acura was traveling west on Union Street near Cedar Springs Road when the vehicle went off the right side of the road, struck a ditch and a concrete barrier.Troopers said the driver died on scene and four other occupants of the vehicle were transported to the hospital.The Spartanburg County Coroner's Office identified the driver as 36-year-old Tyesha Edwards of Spartanburg.
