Oklahoma City Fire Department extricates two after two-vehicle crash, both hospitalized
The Oklahoma City Fire Department recently responded to a car accident where rescue using a specialized rope haul system was required. According to OKCD, two vehicles collided near NW 36th and May Avenue. One of the vehicles came to a stop 20 feet down in a concrete spillway. Two individuals were extricated and transported to a nearby hospital. The rescue shut down May Avenue in both directions until the occupants were safely removed from the vehicle.
