Ohio State Highway Patrol investigating deadly crash in Warren County
WARREN COUNTY, Ohio (WKEF) -- The Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) is investigating after a deadly single-vehicle crash in Warren County. According to troopers, the crash occurred Sunday night on Mason Morrow Millgrove Road in Union Township. OSHP says the preliminary investigation showed that a 2006 Ford Focus, driven by Paulette R. Hines, 51, of Maineville, was traveling west on Mason Morrow Millgrove Road. The Ford reportedly traveled off the left side of the road and struck an embankment. Troopers say the vehicle was also reported to have overturned several times before striking a guardrail and coming to a rest. Crews say Hines sustained fatal injuries as a result of the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene. OSHP notes that Hines was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. Troopers were assisted by the Warren County Sheriff's Department and Union Township Fire and EMS. The crash remains under investigation.
