Northwest Allen County intersection now open after 3-vehicle crash
ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) -- A crash involving injuries and three vehicles in northwest Allen County slowed traffic to a crawl. The intersection has reopened. At around 2:45 p.m. on Thursday, police and medics were called to the intersection of O'Day and Leesburg Roads on reports of a crash. When they arrived, they found that two sedans and a work van were involved in a collision. Allen County Dispatch confirmed that the crash occurred and that injuries were involved. Responders blocked off parts of Leesburg Road and are redirecting traffic around the crash. A WANE 15 crew member at the scene said that no one was taken to the hospital for their injuries. The crash has begun to be cleaned up and cleared from the roadways.
