Northern New York man dies after motorcycle crashes into car in Oswegatchie, police say
A North Country man was killed on Saturday following a motorcycle crash in Oswegatchie.New York State Police said Austin Thomas, 23, of Brier Hill was riding his motorcycle west on State Route 37 when he crashed into the back of a car traveling in the same direction.Thomas was ejected from the motorcycle and died at the scene despite efforts to resuscitate him, according to police.The driver of the car was not injured.An autopsy has been scheduled for Tuesday at Canton-Potsdam Hospital.
