North Carolina man stays out on bond after deadly Coitsville accident.
A man from North Carolina recently appeared in a Mahoning County courtroom in Ohio and remains out on bail. Robert Powell faces charges of aggravated vehicular homicide and OVI stemming from a fatal crash in Coitsville in April that resulted in the death of a man from the New Castle area. Powell pleaded not guilty to the charges, and his bond was kept at $127,500. His trial is scheduled for the summer.
