New charges for driver in deadly Dubois County crash
DUBOIS COUNTY, Ind (WEHT) - A man facing charges for allegedly causing a fatal crash in Dubois County now has more charges against him. Nathan Simpson was charged after allegedly crashing his pickup truck while under the influence into another vehicle that killed Dana Strohmeyer. She ended up passing away from her injuries. The Dubois County Prosecutor's Office has announced the filing of the following charges against Simpson. The prosecutor's office has also announced the State filed a notice of intent to seek habitual offender status.
