Multiple individuals transported to nearby trauma hospital following severe collision in Pitcairn
Emergency responders reported that several individuals were harmed in a severe collision in Allegheny County on Sunday. The Pitcairn Hose Company disclosed on their Facebook page that multiple individuals were transported to a nearby trauma center after a two-vehicle accident on Route 130 in Pitcairn Borough. Photos shared by the department, in collaboration with Monroeville VFD Company #1, displayed significant damage to both vehicles, with one appearing to be nearly pushed into a nearby structure. The Facebook post mentioned that four EMS units were summoned to assess injuries, although the cause of the crash was not disclosed.
