Motorcyclist killed in pick-up truck crash on Elmgrove Rd.
ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A motorcyclist has died after a crash involving a pick-up truck on Elmgrove Road in Gates. The crash was reported around 6:40 a.m. Police confirmed to News 8 at the scene that the victim in the crash was male. Officers said the injuries the victim sustained at the scene prevented transport from the scene. The identity of the motorcyclist and the cause of the crash have not been confirmed at this time. Authorities are continuing to investigate the crash. The area of Elmgrove Road from Spencerport Road to Deming Street will be closed for the next few hours. The Gates Police Department is expected to release further details.
