Motorcyclist killed in early morning crash on Las Vegas interstate
LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- A motorcyclist was killed in a crash on a Las Vegas interstate early Monday morning, police said. According to the Nevada State Police, the Nevada Highway Patrol responded to a report of a crash at around 1:45 a.m. on Monday, April 6. The crash happened on the southbound 215, just south of Sahara Avenue. Preliminary details show that a motorcycle "traveled right" and left the roadway. No other vehicles appeared to be involved at the time of publication. Police said a man was pronounced dead at the scene. Nevada Highway Patrol advises drivers that there are no complete road closures at the time of publication, but several lanes on the southbound interstate are shut down for the crash.
