SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — A motorcyclist is in critical condition after colliding with a semi-truck on SR-201 in Salt Lake According to Utah Highway Patrol, the motorcyclist was attempting to pass a semi-truck when they hit the back of its trailer. The crash was on the 900 west on ramp. The motorcyclist was wearing a helmet and was transported to a nearby hospital. They are currently in critical condition. At this time, troopers are on scene. The expected clearance time is 2 p.m.
