Mother of three and another killed in head-on crash in northern Kentucky
A tragic incident occurred on Wednesday in northern Kentucky where two individuals lost their lives in a head-on collision. The accident, which took place on Taft Highway in Dry Ridge at around 11 a.m., involved an 81-year-old woman who veered into oncoming traffic and struck a pickup truck. The victims of the crash were the 81-year-old woman and a 35-year-old named Brandy Nash, who was a mother of three. Nash was a passenger in the car driven by her husband when the collision occurred. Her husband sustained non-life-threatening injuries and two of their children were also in the vehicle, with one undergoing surgery for injuries sustained during the accident. Nash's family described her as a loving mother with a radiant smile who cherished her children. The circumstances leading up to the crash are still being investigated by Kentucky State Police, who were supported at the scene by various emergency response agencies.
