Miss Utah contestant donates stuffed animals to Layton Fire Dept. after surviving childhood car crash.

In Layton, Utah, years ago the Layton Fire Department assisted a 3-year-old girl who had experienced a frightening incident by offering her a stuffed animal following a car accident. Now, at the age of 20, that same girl is participating in the Miss Utah competition and is giving back to her community. Chasity Nosack was only 3 when she was in a car accident caused by a drunk driver, leaving her trapped in an overturned vehicle. The firefighters from Layton Fire Dept. rescued her and comforted her with a stuffed animal, a memory that has stayed with her. Today, as a Miss Utah contestant, she is collecting stuffed animals to donate to the fire department so that other children in emergency situations can also experience the same sense of comfort. Nosack believes in the power of giving and hopes her actions will inspire others to do the same, emphasizing that small acts of kindness can have a big impact. Layton Fire Department expressed their gratitude for her generosity and shared how her compassionate act has come full circle, bringing comfort to others in need.
