Medical helicopter takes Xenia woman to hospital after motorcycle crash
MIAMI COUNTY, Ohio (WKEF) -- One motorcyclist was hospitalized after a crash on Saturday. According to the Miami County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to a crash on Scarff Road in Bethel Township around 6:20 p.m. on Saturday, June 13. Deputies say a motorcycle was going northbound on Scarff Road when the driver, Kristen Duffey, 48, of Xenia, claims to have lost control. Witnesses say the motorcycle left the road, and then came back onto the road, and then left the road again. Emergency crews found Duffey with suspected critical injuries due to the crash. Crews performed life-saving measures, and brought her to the hospital by a medical helicopter. The Miami County Sheriff's Office is investigating this crash.
