Medical examiner identifies second driver killed in major Loop 410 wrong-way crash

SAN ANTONIO — The medical examiner has identified the second driver killed in a three-vehicle crash early Sunday morning. On Tuesday, the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the victim as 26-year-old Elizabeth Amber Alejos. The second driver killed was identified as 19-year-old Noah Alec Fisher on Monday. Police were dispatched to the area for calls of a reported wrong-way driver traveling northbound in the southbound lanes of the highway. Two of the three drivers were pronounced dead at the scene.
