Marine victim of fatal multi-car crash in Panorama City
A young Marine, identified as Adrian Carillo from Arleta, tragically lost his life in a multi-vehicle collision in Panorama City. Alongside Carillo, two others were also killed in the accident: Heybi Herrera-Bautista and Clemente Meza Guerrero. The heartbreaking incident unfolded on a Friday night as three vehicles, including a Ford Mustang, a Honda Civic, and an older model Plymouth minivan, were involved in a collision. Clemente Meza Guerrero, the driver of the minivan, struck the vehicles after allegedly fleeing from a previous minor collision down the street. The Mustang, driven by Carillo, and the Honda Civic were severely impacted in the crash. Although details are still under investigation, the police classify the incident as a possible hit-and-run. Loved ones are mourning the loss of Carillo, a driven and compassionate young man who was dedicated to serving his community. In memory of Carillo, a candlelight vigil is scheduled for Sunday evening at the crash site.
