Man killed in workplace accident at Mt. Hood Ski Bowl identified

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – The man killed in a workplace accident at Mt. Hood Ski Bowl has been identified, according to the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office. Gregory Steven Hunter, 29, of Government Camp and another employee had been in a maintenance basket on Thursday when it fell, dropping them into rugged terrain. When paramedics arrived, they said one person was conscious and breathing, but another – now identified as Hunter – had no pulse and was declared dead at the scene.
