Man dead after motorcycle crash in Frazier Park: CHP
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- A motorcyclist is dead Tuesday after a crash in Frazier Park, according to the California Highway Patrol. CHP said the crash happened Monday morning just after 6 a.m. on Frazier Mountain Park Road, east of Mt. Pinos Way. Officers found a man driving a motorcycle had been hit in the rear by a man driving a Chevrolet SUV while driving westbound. The motorcyclist was ejected in an easterly direction and collided with the front windshield area of the SUV. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Impairment was not a factor for the driver of the SUV, according to CHP. It is unknown if impairment was a factor for the motorcyclist.
