Man charged after crash that killed woman in Deering
A Francestown man faces charges of Negligent Homicide and Aggravated DUI in a crash that killed a 75-year-old woman at the end of her driveway. It happened in Deering Friday afternoon. Police arrived on the scene at 4:47 P.M.Police say 35 year-old Henry Proctor rolled his Audi and crashed into Matilde Mejia. They say he was driving south down Route 147 at the time. Proctor was taken to the hospital. The crash is still under investigation. Police are asking anyone with information to come forward.
