Man arrested, charged with DUI after overnight rollover crash
A Glocester man is facing DUI charges after a single-car rollover crash on Greenville Ave. in Johnston that hospitalized three early Saturday morning. According to Johnston Police, just after 2 a.m., a car with a driver and four passengers struck a utility pole and had turned onto its roof. The driver, 19-year-old Elvis Goins, showed visible signs of impairment, according to the JPD, and refused to take a chemical test at the scene. Three of the car's four passengers sustained minor injuries. The investigation into the crash is still ongoing.
