Man, 33, dies in serious car accident in Kalaeloa
This morning, a tragic car accident took place in the Kalaeloa area, claiming the life of a 33-year-old driver and injuring a 24-year-old passenger. The driver was speeding on Coral Sea Road when the vehicle crashed into a fence at the intersection of Roosevelt Avenue. Emergency Medical Services rushed the driver to a nearby hospital in critical condition, but he later succumbed to his injuries. The passenger was taken to a hospital in serious condition. This marks the first traffic fatality on Oahu in 2026, a stark contrast to this time last year when there were none.
