CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) -- A multi-vehicle crash occurred Sunday afternoon on I-64 at mile marker 295.5 near Shell Road in Chesapeake, according to VDOT. Motorists can expect delays due to the multi-vehicle crash. The east left shoulder and the east express lane are closed. Traffic backups were approximately 3.0 miles.
