Major delay: Vehicle crash shuts down I-64 West near Victory Boulevard

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) - Traffic is moving on Interstate 64 West near Victory Boulevard in Newport News after all lanes were closed due to a vehicle crash, according to VDOT. According to VDOT, all lanes were closed around 11 p.m. Friday night, as can be seen in the pictures below Traffic has since started moving as of 11:19 p.m. 10 On Your Side will provide updates when additional information is available.
