Live: Crash shuts down I-77N in Summit County as rush hour begins
AKRON, Ohio (WJW) -- Vehicles were at a standstill on I-77 North in Summit County Thursday afternoon following a reported crash. Ohio Department of Transportation's OHGO website showed the backup in the area of Ghent Road just before 4 p.m. By 4:45 p.m. the crash had been cleared. This happened in an area where there was already construction. It was not clear what led to the crash or if there were any injuries. Drivers were advised to avoid the area at that time.
