Leeds woman, 70, dies after Shelby County accident.
A tragic accident took place early Friday morning in Shelby County, Alabama, resulting in the death of 70-year-old Sarah Ratliff from Leeds. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reported that Ratliff was critically injured when the vehicle she was driving, a Lexus GX 460, left the road and flipped over. The incident occurred around 6:45 a.m. on Shelby County 43 in the Vandiver region. Unfortunately, Ratliff, who was not wearing a seat belt, succumbed to her injuries at Grandview Medical Center.
