Lebanon man killed in Highway 64 UTV crash
The Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) reported that two people from Lebanon, Mo., were involved in a fatal crash on Thursday. A 2012 Chevrolet Traverse was traveling eastbound on Highway 64 around 4:30 p.m. Troopers reported that a 2018 Polaris UTV exited a driveway into the path of the oncoming Chevy, resulting in a collision. The 19-year-old woman driving the Chevy sustained moderate injuries in the crash and was transported to Lake Regional Hospital. However, the 73-year-old man driving the UTV was pronounced deceased at the scene at 4:53 p.m. MSHP noted that the man was not wearing a seatbelt when the accident occurred.
