Lancaster County coroner identifies man killed after fiery crash into house
The Lancaster County coroner identified a man who died in a fiery crash, according to the coroner's office. Sgt. Chad Allen with the Ephrata Police Department said crews were called to the 100 block of Mill Road in West Cocalico Township just after 4 p.m. on Friday, March 27. An SUV went off the roadway and crashed into a home before catching fire, according to police. The SUV driver, John Miller, 67, of Stevens, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the coroner. Miller was the only person inside the vehicle, the coroner said. His death was ruled an accident. The exterior of the home was damaged in the wreck.
