Lafayette building struck by a vehicle; crash under investigation
LAFAYETTE, LA. (KLFY) -- A vehicle has crashed into sales office located in the 2100 block Pinhook, sources said. Reports said Lafayette Memorial Sales Office located on 2111 W Pinhook Road in Lafayette had a vehicle drive into the front of the building. Lafayette Police Department are on the scene investigating the crash. So far no injuries have been reported. According to police, the driver was going southbound on Pinhook Road and sufferered from a medical episode which lead to the vehicle veering into the building. The driver did not suffer any life-threatening injuries. KLFY News 10 team is en route to the scene. We will update as more information is released.
