Kettering Fairmont High School recent graduate dies after Kentucky crash
KETTERING, Ohio (WKEF) -- The parents of a recent Kettering Fairmont High School graduate have shared the death of their daughter. Kaylee Watkins, 18, died on July 3, according to her obituary . Watkins' family wrote on Facebook that Kaylee was a passenger in a vehicle that went off the side of a mountain in Kentucky. Kaylee planned to attend Wright State University in the fall to study early childhood education. David Watkins said on Facebook, "Please keep my wife, Andry, our family, and me in your prayers as we walk through this incredibly difficult time. Please hug your loved ones every chance you get. You never know when it may be the last opportunity to do so." According to her obituary, her visitation will be on Friday, July 10, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Routsong Funeral Home, and her funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on July 11.
