Identification of victim in deadly Grant County accident
The South Dakota Department of Public Safety has identified the individual who passed away in a tragic accident in Grant County on Tuesday. Diane Kay Schultz, 61, lost her life when her vehicle veered out of control and crashed into a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado on U.S. Highway 12, near Milbank. Schultz, a resident of Big Stone City, South Dakota, was involved in the collision that left a passenger from Ortonville, Minnesota with severe injuries. The incident occurred at 10:30 a.m. on April 1, and the South Dakota Highway Patrol is currently conducting an investigation into the matter.
