Identification of victim in deadly crash near Moody - KWKT
The driver who tragically lost his life in a head-on crash near Moody on Wednesday has been identified as 19-year-old Elliot Pursley from China Spring. According to DPS Sgt Ryan Howard, Pursley was driving a Chevrolet Silverado eastbound on FM 107 near Doss Lane when he attempted to overtake another vehicle in a no-passing zone around 7:00 a.m. The collision occurred when he collided head-on with a westbound Ford F250. Pursley and the other driver were both taken to a nearby hospital, where Pursley was sadly pronounced dead.
