Identification of Victim in Deadly Construction Accident
The Yuba County Sheriff's Office has officially identified the individual who tragically lost their life in a construction accident as 33-year-old Daniel Bustos Mendez. The incident occurred near the New Colgate Powerhouse in Dobbins when Mendez fell down a steep embankment while operating construction equipment in the area.
