Identification of 15-year-old Payson High student killed in Thanksgiving crash

The accident, a single-vehicle crash, also resulted in moderate injuries to an 18-year-old in the vehicle. Jewel will be remembered at her funeral on Friday, Dec. 5, at 11 a.m.
