I-69 traffic slowed to crawl after collision sends car into median
ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) -- A crash on I-69 in southwest Allen County reduced the southbound traffic to one lane, slowing it to a crawl. It has now been reopened. At around 3 p.m. on Sunday, a crash sent a vehicle into the grassy median on the southbound side of I-69 at the 299-mile-marker, near Airport Expressway. Although Fort Wayne Dispatch was not able to confirm any conditions of those involved in the crash, they did say the crash was minor. Police closed the southbound lanes to just one while they cleared the crash. The lanes have since reopened.
