I-35 lower deck closed due to 5-car collision
According to the Austin Police Department's social media post, there was a multi-vehicle collision on the southbound lower deck of N Interstate Highway 35 close to the 15th Street exit. Police shut down the southbound lower deck for more than an hour to facilitate clearing operations. The southbound lower deck is now accessible again. Thankfully, there were no significant injuries as reported by authorities. The incident involved five vehicles and was reported to authorities at 12:25 p.m.
