I-270 northbound closed at I-64 for fatal crash
CREVE COEUR, Mo. - The Missouri State Highway Patrol closed northbound Interstate 270 Tuesday afternoon for a fatal crash investigation. The crash happened on I-270 just north of I-64. An MSHP spokesman said traffic was being diverted from I-270 to Manchester Road, with Lindbergh Boulevard and Highway 141 suggested as alternate routes. This is a developing story.
