High school students injured in California car collision
Several students from Anaheim High School's running club were injured in an accident in Anaheim, at the intersection of North St. and Harbor Blvd, just before 3 p.m. on Wednesday. A red sedan hit the students while they were waiting for the traffic light to change. Police suspect the driver was driving under the influence and have taken the driver and injured teenagers to the hospital. Among the eight teens involved in the accident, three are in critical condition. One witness described the scene as tragic, with students lying injured and bleeding. The school is offering counseling support to affected students and staff.
