Green Lake County crash injures one critically
In Green Lake County, Wisconsin, a chain reaction crash involving multiple vehicles occurred in the early hours of Tuesday morning. According to authorities, the collision, which involved a garbage truck, a van, and a pickup truck, took place at the intersection of County Highway AW and State Highway 73. The initial findings suggest that a garbage truck traveling westbound entered the intersection, colliding with a northbound van on State Highway 73, ultimately causing it to strike a pickup truck. As a result of the crash, the van driver sustained critical injuries and was hospitalized, while the pickup truck driver was briefly hospitalized but later discharged. Fortunately, the garbage truck driver emerged unscathed. Following the incident, the area was closed off for nearly five hours, and an investigation into the crash is ongoing.
