Friends recall man who died in Sandy accident as 'inspiring' and 'great dad'
A.J. Medina cherished his regular conversations with Josh Perry, who was always a source of inspiration for him, reminding him not to give up or have bad days. Danny Underwood also valued their close friendship through hunting trips. Last Friday, when Underwood didn't receive his usual call from Josh, he knew something was wrong. Sadly, Perry was fatally hit by a driver while running in a crosswalk near Alta High School. The driver was arrested for suspected impaired driving, causing shock and disbelief among Perry's friends. Perry's dedication to his children and his commitment to staying healthy left a lasting impression on his friends, who now remember him lovingly through fond memories.
