Four people were killed in a 30-vehicle car pile-up south of Pueblo, extended closure in place
Drivers should expect delays along I-25 as northbound is closed following a deadly crash. Southbound I-25 reopened around 2:45 p.m. Tuesday.The latest update from Colorado State Patrol states that at least 30 vehicles were involved in this crash, and four people are confirmed dead from initial reports of troopers on scene. Our crew in the area says around 15 ambulances have come and gone from the scene. Here is a look at part of the scene of the crashUCHealth confirmed with News5 that it has activated its incident command center, and they have treated at least 12 patients. St. Mary Corwin says it activated its mass casualty alert, and they have treated at least seven patients. The crash is located around three miles south of the city limits at mile marker 93.
