Fatal traffic accident in Seaport District prompts police investigation

The accident happened around 7:40 p.m. at the corner of Martin Luther King Boulevard and Hunter Street, resulting in a 60-year-old man being injured and subsequently passing away at a nearby hospital. The suspect, described as a Hispanic man, fled the scene before authorities arrived. Law enforcement officers are conducting an inquiry to determine the cause of the collision.
