One person is dead after a fatal accident near Hawkinsville. DID YOU HEAR? | Former Centerville Fire Chief Arthur Wadsworth passes away at 87 Pulaski County Sheriff Wayne Riley confirmed with WGXA that the wreck happened early Sunday morning along Abbeville Highway just south of Hawkinsville. He said a vehicle ran off the roadway, overturned and left one passenger dead. Sheriff Riley said the Georgia State Patrol is leading the investigation into the deadly crash.
