Henrico County Police Division shared on social media at 7:45 a.m. today that a tragic accident had occurred on Carolina Avenue in the 4600 block. Authorities informed the public about the closure of Carolina Avenue from the 4400 block to the Richmond-Henrico Turnpike and Azalea Avenue intersection.
