Fatal motorcycle crash in Stephens County
A fatal motorcycle crash took place on Friday afternoon in Stephens County, resulting in the death of Roy Charles Ratliff, 69, from Friendswood, Texas. The incident happened around 2:30 p.m. on December 19 on FM 578. Ratliff was unable to safely navigate a curve while riding southbound on FM 578, leading to the motorcycle skidding, hitting a guardrail, and ejecting the rider.
