A 70-year-old woman tragically lost her life in a hit-and-run accident on Kensington Avenue in Buffalo, NY. The incident occurred on Saturday evening when a 57-year-old woman driving a Jeep Compass struck the victim, who was in the roadway. The driver fled the scene but was later apprehended by the police. Charges were filed against the driver for driving under the influence, leaving the scene of a deadly accident, and second-degree vehicular manslaughter.
