Fatal hit-and-run accident on Nolensville Pike
A man lost his life in a hit-and-run collision early Thursday morning on Nolensville Pike in Nashville, Tennessee. Metro Nashville Police Department received a report from another pedestrian about a man lying on the sidewalk near the I-440 East entrance around 1:30 a.m. The victim informed the pedestrian who found him that he had been struck by a vehicle. The victim was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where he later passed away. Investigators are working to identify the driver involved in the fatal hit-and-run incident.
