Fatal head-on crash in San Marcos
Authorities are looking into a tragic head-on crash that occurred on San Elijo Road in San Marcos. A woman was killed in the collision between a gray Honda CR-V and a white Nissan Sentra. The initial findings suggest that the female driver of the Sentra lost control of her vehicle while heading west on San Elijo Road, veering into oncoming traffic and striking the CR-V. The Sentra driver was sadly pronounced dead at the crash site, while the CR-V driver was hospitalized with injuries and is assisting with the investigation.
