The Brown County Sheriff's Office reported that the incident took place on a ramp from I-43, where a southbound van was hit by an SUV traveling in the wrong direction. Alcohol is believed to have played a role in the crash, which left three people in the van seriously injured and the SUV driver with minor injuries.
